We are currently not accepting pets. This is a No Smoking unit. Security Deposit is a minimum of $545 and owner pays for gas, electric, water/sewer/trash. Proof of renter's insurance is required at move in to receive your keys. All residents that are 18 years old or older are required to fill out an application ($50) and are subject to a credit and background check. Please note: All showings are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 and Saturday 10 AM to 2:00 PM. No Showings on Sundays and Holidays. |
