Securing an apartment in this complex was fairly easy and a quick process. Thanks to a readily available unit that we liked, the leasing process was reasonable. Shari in the leasing office was able to answer all of our questions and was courteous and communicative. Once all paperwork was complete, we were able to set a move in date which Eagle Rock stuck to. The location is great and everyone we’ve met has been friendly so far. We haven’t had a problem finding parking, complex ground maintenance has been noticed, laundry room usually has open laundry units, and everyone we’ve met has been friendly. The walls/ceiling (we are a lower unit) are a little thin (can occasionally hear loud talking, tv, or walking from neighbors) but this is somewhat expected in a complex. Overall, this has been a great place to move to and a great first apartment or downsize opportunity.
Working with Shari has been a wonderful experience. She consistently responds to all questions and is always willing to assist at every turn. Her support has greatly contributed to a smooth and efficient experience at Eagle Rock Nesconset.

We love our apartment here so much! Mike, the super, is incredibly responsive and extremely helpful. We have only had a couple of issues in our time living here and he has always come within an hour or two to fix it immediately.

We recently moved into Eagle Rock at Nesconset and we couldn't be happier with our decision. From the very beginning, leasing consultant, Shari, made the application and move-in process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly and answered every question we had with a smile.
I highly recommend Eagle Rock at Nesconset to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live. Five stars all the way!

Mike is undoubtedly the best landlord on Long Island. I called him this morning about a bathroom issue, and he resolved it in less than 24 hours. Additionally, Shari, the consultant at our apartment complex, is incredibly friendly and always just a phone call away. She's easy to talk to and genuinely sweet. Overall, both Mike and Shari have made our experience living here enjoyable.
Moved in June 2024 and had a great experience with Shari in the leasing office and the entire process! Our apartment is great and has no issues. Maintenance is super easy to request and they respond quickly. Everyone is the community is super friendly as well and I feel very safe here :) Only thing I would flag is that the walls ceilings/floors are pretty thin. We are on a ground floor apt and can hear pretty much everything happening above us, but that just comes with apartment living. Would def reccomend eagle rock to anyone looking!
Maintenance is very good and anytime I’ve had an issue they respond right away to fix it. Mike the Superintendant goes above and beyond, always works with my busy schedule and has been so quick to replace/fix what’s needed. Also, it’s extremely easy to get through to the main office if you need anything. Shari is wonderful and has also been a great help.
I am new to Eagle Rock Apartments. The staff has been pleasant and helpful. i enjoy the scenery and serene environment. my apartment is very pleasant and comfortable. I have frequented a few locations such as LA Fitness, Whole Foods and Smith Haven Mall. it’s very convenient. Thank you Eagle Rock!!
