Doug did an outstanding job fixing our sink and blinds. Not only did he complete the repairs quickly, but he was also a pleasure to talk to. He deserves a raise! We've worked with several maintenance staff at this unit, and Doug has set the bar higher than anyone else. Next time we need assistance, I'll be sure to track down Doug.

I couldn't be more grateful for the maintenance Doug has done on my apartment. Every time Doug has been the one sent to get a job done, I've never had that issue arise again. I called maintenance this morning for a plumbing issue; Literally from sunrise to sunset Doug did not stop working until the route of the problem was resolved. He just continues to go beyond my expectations.
