If you're looking for a place to live, please look literally anywhere else other than here. We have had a miserable living experience at this complex since we moved in, and we were the first tenants. This place is disgusting, and management is MIA whenever you need assistance. There is constant partying, drinking, smoking, and even urinating in the parking lot by neighbors that has been going on for over a year, and management still hasn't fixed any of the problems. Trash is constantly getting overfilled, and most of the tenants use it as a personal dump site, with mattresses, sofas, and chairs sitting in the parking lot for weeks. When we needed pest control because of cockroaches, getting someone inside the unit took two months. I had to bring up my partner's health issues and immunocompromised status to get a response. Management kept canceling our pest control appointments the day of (after we had taken time off from work) but would fail to reach out to us multiple times. We had to reschedule because of our own fault once, but we didn't receive the notification of the scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, the units themselves are decent, but please look elsewhere. I'm only writing this review because I have been trying to contact management for multiple weeks now, trying to give my 30-day notice to leave this place. I've sent emails and have tried calling, but the voicemail box is full. Please get back to me so I can get out. TLDR: Unresponsive and cockroaches.
