Riverstone Villas is so much more than just an apartment complex. Management is very welcoming and there doors are always open to talk and answer and questions or discuss any concerns or issues you may have. The maintenance team is very punctual and if you put in a request they will fix it right on the spot or within a day. The staff are all kind and value each tenant. At Riverstone Villas you are not treated like a tenant but as family and close community. Management throws parties in the clubhouse for all who wish to come on holidays and special occasions. Always free of charge and they usually provide a raffle with amazing prizes. They put together a fun Easter Egg hunt for the kids in the complex this year which was so fun to watch. RiverStone Villas is a safe, enjoyable, and family geared community. I would recommend this place to anyone to reside in.

I moved into a RiverStone in July of this year. I have only lived in one other apartment complex, and it wasn’t in Washington. I know a lot of people think that these are the most expensive and I won’t argue that, however, you truly do get your moneys worth, and not just in what you’re paying for the for the property management as well. This apartment complex has been worth every penny. In the clubhouse, there is a beautiful pool table, a large screen TV, a beautiful sectional with chairs, and an ottoman, as well for spacious seating, high top tables, a popcorn, maker, and espresso machine, a sink and refrigerator, a pretty well, equipped gym, and two bathrooms. Outside on the back patio is a covered area with another large screen, TV, some tables and chairs, a fairly comfortable couch, and two brand new beautiful gas grills that can be used anytime between 7 AM and 9 PM. It has a beautiful recently open playground for the kids as well as a dog run, and lighted patio seating that will be open within the next week or so. Every apartment already comes equipped with a modem ready for Internet with two different Internet company, options, a full-size washer and dryer and the best part there’s no carpet. I swear on everything I own, I do not work for the company lol acknowledging really well managed facilities and this hands-down has been the best property that I have lived at all because I truly feel like I’m treated. All the neighbors truly look out for one another and the property manager Brook has been beyond incredible. She is not stuck up, doesn’t treat you like she’s better than you and is very understanding. She has had to put up with a lot of ruckus from neighborhood kids that have made life not easy for her and she has handled it with consistency and grace. She is very quick to make sure everybody has their proper parking spot and addresses issues, and concern’s immediately. I have had to submit a handful of maintenance requests obviously with it being a brand new complex, there will be issues. With that being said, Omar, the maintenance gentleman for the property has been incredibly quick to resolve those requests. I have never had to wait more than four hours for something to be fixed. I do not have family around here, but because of the community here, and because of the management here, I really really am pleased as well as my teenagers who can never be pleased, that this really is home because of the way that we have been treated and the understanding and the respect and the looking out and the just all-around great service and community this is. If you’ve made it to the end of this review and you are considering renting here, please don’t let the price deter you you really get what you pay for.
