These are the best apartments you will find in Detroit for the price. Incredible location, responsive management and very clean. John is an excellent property manager! If there was any negative it would be the noise from starters on a weekend but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Studio One is centrally located between WSU main campus and WSU SOM and is well within-walking distance to both. The high-ceilings make the apartments feel modern and spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide a great natural light. Over all a great place to live and I appreciate that administration makes a great effort to keep noise levels down and has security available at nights to dispel loud parties!
