All pets must not belong to aggressive or restricted breeds and must not have exhibited aggressive behavior, including biting or attacking. Restricted breeds include Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids, and mixes thereof. Reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, arachnids, and insects are prohibited for both residents and guests. Misrepresentation of a pet’s breed or behavior is a material lease violation.

Sure these apartments are for a good price but is it worth it in the end? No. Since we’ve lived here we’ve experienced ants, roaches, mice dropping, cats that kill the rats outside, mold, leaks, and many more foundational problems. Don’t move in here.
