I lived here for a year and didn't have any issues. Definitely a great place to live, especially if you're moving to Charlotte and want somewhere reliable. The appliances are new and work well. The place has a private parking lot below and it was very rare to have issues finding a spot. I never had any issues with surprise fees. The location is great, with a 10 minute drive to uptown and directly adjacent to the NoDa area. I didn't have any issues with management, and they were always courteous with any questions I had.
