RUN!!!!!! This place is run by slumlords they will advertise apartment and it will be nothing like that I don’t. My floor is sunken and I do not have working air conditioning. It’s been 95° in my unit since I got it I have not been able to get any property managers to respond to me in regards to getting it fixed. The only thing they emailed me about is rent and I haven’t even been able to live in the house since I moved there. I contacted my lawyer and I absolutely plan on suing, and I hope that nobody ever waste their time or their money moving into such a pitiful property. Also, there’s a man that lives there that likes to show his junk to children do with that information what you will because we reported him multiple times and they will not make him move. Today as I slept a maintenance man just let himself into my house. I had no maintenance requests when I asked the property manager to remind them to knock she said “he can go in there if he wants to it’s our property” SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL I’m getting out of here as soon as I can.
