My husband and I called Parkside Row home for three years, and it is my favorite place we've ever rented. The property has spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhomes with modern finishes, tall ceilings (won't miss the steep stairs though), a private patio and a two-car garage. The community itself was peaceful, and we rarely heard our neighbors. While the property management changed hands three times, the Lund Company was the most responsive and professional. Overall, it was a fantastic place to live. We loved the proximity to downtown Bentonville.
