I absolutely LOVE living at Cortland Colburn! The staff is always so helpful and the apartments are just amazing. I had several maintenance tickets in for small issues around my apartment and within 24 hours, the maintenance guy, Juan Alvarez, showed up to take care of everything. He was extremely efficient, professional, and super nice when addressing my concerns. Great service!

Absolutely amazing complex with excellent staff that has treated me so well since the beginning. Not only is it a beautiful but very well designed layouts. Very happy to call this my home and can't wait for the retail spaces to open downstairs.
