Home Amenities: - Private patio - Storage - On-site laundry - Landscaped grounds - Pets welcome - 24-hour maintenance contact center Community Features: - Linfield University - McMinnville City Park - Discovery Meadows Community Park - Willamette Valley vineyards - McMenamins Hotel Oregon - Historic downtown shopping and dining Additional Monthly Charges: - $25 for Rent for Pet Online Applications: - Each applicant over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. Each applicant will be required to qualify individually or as per specific criteria areas. - Positive identification with a picture is required. - Inaccurate or falsified information will be grounds for denial of the application. - Any applicant currently using illegal drugs will be denied.
