I had a disappointing experience, to say the least, with the leasing office. I scheduled a tour for Saturday at 2:30 PM, which was confirmed by the leasing office despite their request to reschedule for Friday, the following Monday, or an earlier time on Saturday. I made it clear that 2:30 PM on Saturday was the only time I could make it, and they acknowledged this. On the day of the tour, I arrived at the front gate at 2:12 PM, dialed the leasing office, no one answered. Since I was early, so I called the leasing office phone number, no one answered. So proceeded with leaving a voicemail. Then I came back at 2:30 PM, dialed the leasing office at the front gate, again, no one answered. And no one has returned my call. It was frustrating to have my time wasted after confirming the appointment. This experience has left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of the leasing office. I hope they improve their communication and scheduling practices for future potential tenants.
