The home is great‼️ It was bittersweet to leave our home and neighbors after 27 years but all four of our "children" and two grandsons were here to make it happen❤️ They worked on their Spring Breaks🥰 They all worked together and made new memories as a family‼️ It was a flashback of watching them together again! I am in a wheelchair or walker now to get around and this home is wonderful to get around with NO steps‼️ I miss our yard and garden but our kids teased me about being so close to Garden Spot, a greenhouse full of plants & flowers🤣 We feel so Blessed🙏

Maintenance is quick and responsive. Always respond within 24 hours, if not sooner. We had an emergency maintenance issue at 11:00 pm and maintenance arrived within 30 minutes.
