I’ve had such a great experience at Monarch Pointe!!! I moved in within days of touring it and first fell in love with the walk up on the ground apartments that feel like homes, but the reason I would stay/re-sign is because of the people! The staff has taken care of me in more ways than 1, not just fixing this and that as soon as it needs to be but more importantly my SAFETY! Kara in the front office has made sure to make me feel at home and like I can’t call her and ask for anything! I am so so thankful I got a spot here while it first opened because I don’t think there will be free apartments for years here!!

I haven’t moved in quite yet, but the staff is just so amazing! They made the application process super easy for me and are always so kind. I am so excited to get moved in! :-)
