I had lived in one-family homes my entire life, so I was a little concerned about moving into an apartment. My experience here has been outstanding! From the initial contact to date, everyone who works here has been responsive, helpful, and easy to contact/talk to. The other tenants are all pleasant and it's a great little community!

My husband and I were excited to check this place out based on the virtual tour alone. Nice big bathrooms, open floor plan, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a balcony? We're in! When we first called to take an on-site tour, we had no idea it was a 55+ community. We were very surprised to learn this when we showed up for our appointment. Patty was very personable and in no way discouraged us even though we, obviously, did not 'fit the bill' so to speak, as we're under 55. She seemed immediately pleased that we were interested. Within a week, we were approved and signing our lease, it was easy peasy. The only weird thing was we could not move in on a weekend, but it was no big deal. We've been here about 6 weeks now, and we absolutely love it, and our apartment, of course. Everyone we've met so far is friendly, Patty and the property management team are great, there's just a nice sense of neighborhood here. I wish we had found this place sooner, but definitely glad we're here now.
