My family moved in to these apartments in early November. Staff was, and still is absolutely amazing! They were quick to answer any and all questions, work around our time frame for moving, and made the overall process super quick and easy. We’ve needed maintenance for a couple minor things, they are professional and explain things as they work. They responded quickly too! I would (and do) recommend Rowan apartments to everyone I know.

I moved in not too long ago to these apartments and I’ve been amazed at the great office staff they have especially, Amy! She’s been so helpful and accommodating. The amenities are super nice my favorite is the gym and the fire pits around the buildings. it’s been great all around with the events they have going on nothing like I’ve seen before. We are just super happy to be apart of the community.
I moved from New York to Nevada during my move Alexis helped me with everything, any questions I had she was right there to answer them. If she was off Brielle or someone else was there to assist me. The whole staff was very transparent and friendly and extremely professional. The move in was smooth and easy and the apartment is absolutely beautiful, I would 100% recommend Rowan to anyone. Amazing staff, amenities and people.
Rowan is a wonderful and upscale apartment complex with many amenities. From the maintenance crew to the office staff (especially Amy) they have made our stay memorable, making us feel welcome and at home from the time we arrived. I felt like it was a true neighborhood. It’s very family friendly. We love all the different events and activities Bella plans for everyone here at Rowan. We enjoy and always look forward to more fun events! We love our new home!
My son and I moved here in April and I can say this is my best experience with an apartment complex. The staff are always very friendly. The apartments are very spacious and the layout in my 2 bedroom is perfect. We love the pool and well equipped gym. The complex often host events for the tenants and it really gives it a great community feel. My only complaint would be that there is no guest parking but with all the positives so far, the lack of parking is not that big of a deal. I highly recommend Rowan and will be sticking around for a long time!
Rowan apartments is super cute! Maintenance team always keeps the pool as one of their main priorities to keep clean for us during the summer season :) The leasing office is always super nice and helpful! Also such a plus that the complex is brand new, all new amenities. Not to mention the specials they are currently offering for new residents!! We moved here in February of this year and we really enjoy our apartment. We love how safe the community feels and we love how there is a huge dog park for our pets to run around. We are looking forward to sticking around for a while.
We have lived here for a few months and the experience has been wonderful from the initial application process. Staff is great and it was also comforting to see the same staff once we moved in months later. We enjoy our apartment and the amenities.
