We just moved into this complex in July and love it. The area is great minus the tourist traffic. The property upgrades that have been taking place are great! The new screen doors being installed are amazing ! We can now leave the door open and not worry about any bugs or anything getting in lol

Nancy Simone, our Community Manager, is nothing short of amazing. Her unwavering dedication to the well-being of residents is truly commendable. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone's needs are met and concerns are addressed. One of the things that stands out most about Nancy is her willingness to listen and answer questions. Whenever I had inquiries or needed assistance, Nancy was always open and receptive, making me feel valued and respected as a resident. When the time came for me to renew my lease, I was initially hesitant about moving to a renewed townhouse due to the potential hassle and work involved. However, Nancy proved to be a game-changer. She recognized that there was room for improvement, and as soon as it was possible, she took the initiative to change the carpet downstairs to enhance the overall living experience. This proactive approach speaks volumes about her commitment to making Lake Cecile a better place for all of us. I've been a resident at Lake Cecile since 2017, and I can't help but contrast the previous management with Nancy. The difference is night and day. Under the previous management, I felt neglected and unsupported. Basic maintenance, such as carpet cleaning, was often overlooked, and they never addressed our recurring parking problems. Nancy, on the other hand, is a breath of fresh air. She is the only one who has been able to find creative solutions to our parking issues, making life here much more convenient. Aside from her exceptional professional qualities, Nancy is also the nicest person you could hope to meet. Her warm and friendly demeanor adds a personal touch to her role as a leasing agent, making it a pleasure to interact with her. In summary, Nancy Simone is a true asset to Lake Cecile. Her caring and proactive approach, coupled with her friendly nature, make her an exceptional leasing agent who genuinely cares about the residents. Thanks to her, my experience at Lake Cecile has improved significantly, and I am grateful for her unwavering dedication to making this community a better place to live. At the outset, there was a significant amount of work to be done within our community. Residents often left trash outside the dumpster, and the situation was exacerbated by a perpetually malfunctioning trash compactor. Speaking from my own experience as a resident here since 2017, I've witnessed numerous attempts to address these issues. Nancy, took a proactive approach to tackle these problems. One of her pivotal moves was replacing the troublesome trash compactor with a more efficient dumpster service that ensures regular trash removal. Throughout this transformation, Nancy kept us well-informed with a series of management memos detailing her plans and how they would positively impact our community. In her pursuit of a cleaner and more organized community, Nancy experimented with relocating the trash area to the back of the condo complex, but she quickly realized that this was not the ideal solution and promptly reverted to the original setup. The root of the issue, as Nancy discerned, lies with certain individuals who avoid using the gate to access the dumpster, leading to trash being left outside. In response to this challenge, Nancy has implemented a gate-access system to facilitate residents in using the dumpster area as intended. Moreover, she has arranged for a dedicated service to manage bulky items, further enhancing the overall cleanliness and functionality of our community. What truly sets Nancy apart is her gradual but consistent effort to bring about improvements within our community. These upgrades have made a world of difference, surpassing the previous management company's performance by leaps and bounds. Our community is now a much better place to call home, thanks to Nancy's relentless commitment and innovative solutions.
