The application fee is $50 non-refundable. Tenants will be responsible for lawn, snow, and common area maintenance. We want to build a community here where the tenants work together to make this housing community enjoyable and where tenants clean up after themselves and their guests. Limited to no onsite maintenance will be provided. Regular maintenance will be scheduled and may take 60-90 days depending on request.
