Residents would be responsible for electricity and any wifi/cable options you should want. There is a laundry facility on-site. The security deposit is $995.45 and we have a $50 application fee. Credit Score : 650, Income : 3x Rent in Gross Income, Good Rental History (no evictions or outstanding balances with previous landlords), National Background Check. Application fee: $50 per adult. Can I bring a pet? We allow cats and most dogs under 50lbs. Pet fees do apply. Please inquire for specific details. Do you accept section 8 or another form of vouchers? We are not a low income or government assisted property. However, we will work with any assistance program as long as you qualify through the application process (see below). What is the parking situation? Each apartment includes a reserved covered parking space as well as one open parking space for a total of two parking spots/vehicles allowed per apartment. Do I need to apply before I can see the property? No, we do not require that you apply before you tour. Our rentals tend to lease quickly. If you are worried about missing out on a property, we highly recommend you apply. Are there any hidden fees? We take pride in being upfront and honest on our pricing.
