I lived here for about 2 years and it served it’s purpose & more. The building is entirely renovated so everything is new. The appliances and fixtures are very nice. The building felt very safe. It’s monitored through surveillance cameras and manual scans in and out of the building. (through pin / app/ & fob) you’ll always have parking through the lot or on the street. The building is in the Fremont East District. Making it walking distance from food, music venues, casinos, and more. It’s a downtown / arts district vibe. A lot of local art, craft, & community. Going on walks / runs is super is amazing if you like older architecture. You do see homeless people, like any other downtown in the this country. Naturally they migrate to these areas. I still always felt safe. Your best weapon for safety is minding your own business. Be fortunate and thankful. ❤️ The price was great for what you get. I never had any issues. Outgrew the studio life and moved on, but highly recommend.
