I toured the Avery Apartments and met Stephanie and Richard to discuss an apartment for my daughter. They are both very informative and answered all my questions. They also seem proactive in managing the apartments to a high standard. The renovated apartments look great!

After an unfortunate start to the tour appointment, I was contacted by the nicest person I’ve ever met. Stephanie was very accommodating and extremely friendly. She helped us out so much by touring after hours and showed us the cutest apartments. They are perfectly sized one to two bedroom apartments. They are fantastic for college students and small families, very nice looking neighborhood. Stephanie and her husband Richard made us feel so welcome as first time renters and we are so happy to say we will be leasing as soon as possible. I highly recommend stopping by for a visit, if not then the amazing cookies they baked for us. Thanks again Richard and Stephanie!!!
