This is definitely the nicest apartment complex in Greenville. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the maintenance guys are awesome, the saltwater pool is great, the location is perfect. The residents are mostly grad students so for the most part everyone is quiet and respectful (very friendly and outgoing, just not obnoxious). There are a few things I would prefer were different such as: the gate is only controlled access at night, the pool is not heated, some areas stay wet/muddy for a few days after a rain, the toilets are the circular kind rather than the elongated kind, and every apartment has the shower bath combo with shower curtain rather than stand alone shower + jacuzzi style tub. These are all superficial observations though and I still think the Heritage is the best place to live in Greenville!

Great apartment complex. Clean, nice sized and well kept. The people are all very friendly and the amenities are beautiful. Something to note, there are no elevators.
