We are current residents and are very pleased with the level of resident relations/care in the building!. Kirt is great and is always willing to go out of his way to help diffuse a situation in a timely manner. The gals in the office are very efficient and caring as well. They often have resident events for those who enjoy social interactions/networking. Daniel, maintenance manager has been readily available to listen to any concerns despite being very busy with the operations of the building, etc. The cleaning staff always has a smile on their face when they greet you and they maintain the building clean and sparkly. We go to the gym multiple times a week and the mirrors, equipment are always clean which is such a nice feeling and up to par with the community. We recently transferred apts and the whole staff made the process efficient, quick and painless. The noise level is minimal for an apt complex and the neighbors are considerate about it which is nice! (no blasting music in the pool, at night). It's an overall great community for a young professional who values their quality of life and health.

Moved in blind and have happily lived here for the past 6 month now. Could not have made a better decision. Top notch amenities, modern layout/appliances, phenomenal location, friendly supers, and wonderful management. Ask for Tanja, rather rare that management actually lives in your building; truly a good neighbor looking out for the Avion community and has made the experience that much better.
