I applied but didn’t get approved because I guess I was over income but they gave my deposit back and were very responsive to return calls. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful throughout the process. It’s a really cool building, very clean. I was sad I didn’t get in but if you are applying and worried about the long application process (1month)and leaving a deposit-don’t be-they will give it back if you aren’t approved. Just make sure you have a backup plan if you have to give notice at your current place! Also: be prepared to provide income proof, bank statements, and other documents; much more than a traditional apartment would ask for. That part was kind of frustrating because some of my documents were “protected” and they wouldn’t download, email, or save correctly.I am not the most technologically literate though so others might have an easy fix for this issue.
