There is a one-time $250 pet fee per pet (limit 2). There is a 30 lbs. weight limit and some breed restrictions. The Security Deposit is $850 (completely refundable upon move out) or you can opt to use Obligo as a Security Deposit Free option). There is also a one-time Administrative Fee of $150 due at lease signing. The Application Fee is $50. We will complete a credit check, background check, and verify income.
