Great apartments. Updated interior and grounds. Very quiet complex. Well maintained. Cute backyards. Nothing but good things to say. Kaleena in the leasing office is wonderful to work with.

Renting in Sonoma County is brutal and Villa Oaks was no exception. Starting rent was around $1674 and by the time I left it was $2000. There was no air conditioning, no washer and dryer in the unit, no garbage disposal in the sink. There was an onsite laundry room that was COIN OPERATED. Had plumbing issues which they tried to blame me for but it was a building wide issue because their pipes are old and made of cast iron. They kept my entire deposit and still wanted $15 so I actually had to write a check for $15 and mail it.
