I just toured here last night and I have to say, I was blown out of the water with just how beautiful this place is. I immediately applied and I'm praying I get approved. Beautiful industrial/modern look, amazing location with amazing places to go around there, good prices, didn't hear a sound while touring and the company really didn't cut any corners while building the place. It is exactly what I was looking for. I got shown around by Matthew and he truly was amazing at his job. He took his time to show me every apartment and he made sure that he showed me everything. I'm truly hoping to be a future resident because this place is amazing.

I would like to preface this review by stating that I do not live here, but I am looking for a new apartment to sign a lease in and this one is at the top of my list. The apartments are brand new and amenities seem great. The tour I received was with the nicest leasing/building manager and he provided me with all the information I needed to be able to make informed decisions. This building has many apartments with different layouts and the leasing manager was amazing with showing and explaining all the details of the units and even contacting me after the tour with availabilities regarding units I particularly liked. The tour of this apartment was just lovely and their is a likely chance I will end up choosing to live here :)
