I have lived here nearly 11 months, and I very much enjoy the location of this apartment community, the 1BR floorpan, and the interior look of the unit. Getting onto 161 heading East or West is a breeze as you can turn right out onto Hamilton Rd. There is a ton of retail right down the road including the target and numerous restaurants that continue to be built and open. There is ample parking around the entire community. The gym and pool areas are nice, and everything around the complex still feels mostly brand new. In my unit, I enjoy the size of the closet and bathroom. I also think the flooring and white cabinets are very modern looking. My one con would be that there is no more recycling access and the bulk trash area is locked due to residents incorrectly using these spaces. Hamilton Woods is one of the best spots to live in this area!

We moved here right when they opened and it has been really great compared to my last apartment. It is super quiet inside and so quiet outside at night we can hear the frogs and crickets. Carson and Kaitlyn in the office are always professional. They are so sweet and are receptive to any concerns or suggestions we may have. We have also made some great friends here. The only problem is the pool. It is cold and dirty. Hoping the issue gets resolved soon so we can enjoy it.
I was new to this area a year ago & was the first person to move into Hamilton Woods! Carson & Kaitlyn are wonderful, kind & accommodating. I have a 1 bedroom and I love my apartment. The grounds area, clubhouse, & pool are very clean and have rules that are followed & enforced, which is what I was looking for. I have met some really great friends too!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is a hidden gem! They were still being built when we were looking to move last winter but I love the location and that they’re brand new. My cat loves the view of the road and it feels like a home :) we have a 3 bedroom townhome so it’s the perfect size to have some space as well as a guest room and an office since we WFH. The large windowsills are great (especially for my cat to sit and watch outside) or to have a few plants growing. The kitchen was what really drew me in. The large kitchen island has plenty of room for me to cook big meals and host parties. Very spacious overall and SO much natural light! 2.5 baths is awesome. The pool is a great amenity to have and neighbors are kind and respectful. Only concern so far is internet provider. We have been struggling a bit with connection issues since the only option is Snip out here. We are supposed to have a fast connection but it is spotty connection for meetings or downloading anything. Overall, great place to live and make this place a home! The staff is amazing and super helpful.

Very pleased with maintenance requests. Jobs are generally attended to immediately and completed within the same week.

Staff are always so pleasant to talk to and help out when needed. Location is close to the shops and parks, which is a plus!

Been living in one of the 3-bed townhomes along the road for about 3 months now as of this review. TL;DR, super happy with the apartment, very few qualms and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Also wanna address the 1-star mentioning road noise. It's not loud at all, nor is it unsafe for you or your pets unless you intend to run out onto the road?? There are plenty of sidewalks wrapping the apartment complex which are great for walks.
Complex
- There is ample parking and no parking restrictions, so no worries about guests.
- Staff is incredible, moved here from HQ Flats and had the same praise there. Maintenance is very quick to resolve issues and staff is receptive to complaints and feedback.
- Being on Hamilton road is super convenient as almost everything you want is a <5 min drive away. If you're into biking, this is a tough spot. If you want to get to everything south of 161 you have to ride on the road, which is somewhat unsafe. You can forget about walking, definitely not safe given the driving that happens at the HQ Flats merge and the highway onramp.
- Amenities are strong for a complex of this size. Pool is never too busy and isn't doused in chlorine like your common public pool.
- Gym seems great to me, has all the equipment I personally want or need. Not really a gym guy though, so maybe take my words with a grain of salt.
- Internet is great for general usage. Gigabit speeds up and down with fiber, and it seems pretty stable. I use all of my own networking equipment, so I can't speak to the power of the provided router. If you're technical and want to connect a server to the internet, Snip runs everyone here behind a carrier grade NAT (CGN) so no port forwarding is possible. Even though their website states they can get you a public IP address, its "not supported" at our location. They do say an IPV6 rollout is coming "soon".
Townhome
- Patio is massive. Large enough for a grill and 4-person table without feeling cramped
- Road noise is honestly minimal. Not sure why the 1-star review was so harsh. The noise from the road is only slightly noticeable during rush hour. Nothing compared to highway road noise.
- Layout is probably one of the best. I am living here with my girlfriend and we have the master bedroom and two offices upstairs. One bathroom attached to the bedroom and one attached to the hallway is perfect. Only complaint is that a double vanity would've been nice.
- Downstairs is huge. The living room area is plenty large for any layout you can imagine.
- Kitchen is great, though the pantry space is a bit tight for two. Purchasing a few organizers is definitely a must.
- HVAC is decent. There is actually 2 cold air returns; one upstairs and one downstairs, so unlike some two-floor apartments, the temperature is relatively consistent between the two floors. The A/C unit is a bit undersized for the apartment, so during these super hot (90+) days, it's having trouble keeping up with the heat.
- Garage is decent. I personally use it as a workshop area with some added lighting and it's perfect for that. Only slightly annoying thing is that the garage isn't attached but it's right next to your back door. I utilize the August smart locks though, which keeps key fiddling to a minimum.
Easily the best apartment I have lived in, and intend on staying here for the foreseeable future!

The review that brought down their average is bull. Don't give a place 1 star because it's too noisy for you. That has nothing to do with the complex or the staff. I move in in August but the staff was incredibly helpful and the property is beautiful. Ignore the low star rating. It doesn't actually apply
