Also on the main level, there is a large living room, formal dining room and kitchen with eat-in diner equipped with oven/range, dishwasher and double basin sink w/ disposal, finally, there is a full unfinished basement which can be used a storm shelter and for storage. PLEASE NOTE: This home does not come with a refrigerator, resident will need to provide their own. PET POLICY: Pet deposit is one half month's rent up to $500 (1/2 is non-refundable). Current vet records and renter's insurance required for all pets. $10 per month pet rent if pet is less than 30 pounds. $25 per month pet rent If pet is equal to or more than 30 pounds. Large dogs are not allowed at all of our properties. The following dog breeds will not be allowed on any Key Management property: Pitbull (Staffordshire Terrier), German Shepherd, Husky, Rottweiler, Doberman, Malamute, Akita, Chow and Wolf hybrids, or any mix of the above unless otherwise noted.
