If I could give this zero stars I would. There are so many nightmares and discrepancies that I have had to deal with during my time living here, please take this as a warning or a sign to look elsewhere. Do not be fooled by any of the “nice” pictures shown on the website or views in-person. The flooring is an absolute nightmare as it is not installed correctly and I have had weird things pop up through the floors resulting in holes in areas where there isn’t furniture remotely close to them. The all-white countertops and sink stain very easily. The fridge is extremely small and has broken on multiple occasions. Hundreds of dollars worth of food down the drain. We literally had to buy our own mini fridge and store most of our food in there due to the inconsistent temperatures that our “new” fridge has. The washer and dryers CONSTANTLY break. $1.25 per wash/dry adds up really fast when you are running multiple cycles because they still don’t work correctly after being “fixed”. In addition to all of this, you get the renter’s special, having the windows painted and rusted over all the edges, which is a huge fire hazard that I will be reporting prior to moving out. Our windows have huge cracks running down the bottoms of them, which there was absolutely zero way we could have caused this. When it rains, water drips down the ledge, causing yet another fire hazard as there are outlets below the windows. Our AC also broke three times during the summer, and not being able to open our windows at all, our apartment reached upwards of 85 degrees, for multiple days at a time. I’m not done yet, do not expect to park at the lot they partner with. It is an old office building that they converted into a garage. My SUV could not make the turns to go up to the fourth floor, and the hills are practically as steep as a roller coaster. They say the building is secure, but after hours you can easily pry open the sliding doors when they are “locked”. The vale workers do this all the time from the hotel and Marble Room if they don’t have their keys or remember their codes. It’s extremely concerning considering I have been harassed and cat called on multiple occasions right outside these doors, and knowing that any of those people could see how easy it is to get into the building through the back entrance is terrifying. When calling about any of these issues, prepare to get disconnected or sent to voicemail with no call back. Get ready for passive-aggressive emails and unprofessional management. I have included pictures to back up these claims. To anybody reading this, not take this lightly. Please do not waste your time or money.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The walls are super thin and not insulated. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls! The management are crazy, the send out emails everyday about something stupid. People smoke weed in the lower floors and you can smell it in all the upper units for days. There are bugs that come through the gross windows, which only some open. The finishes are extremely cheap despite what pictures suggest. The floors and counters are so cheap and stratch easily. The plumbing was redone 3 times in my unit because of leaks. There are no doors on the units. I can go on. You would think the location is great, but street noise is unbearable and traffic will make getting out of town take an hour. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT RENT HERE!
