KMG was the management for this building. The staff, Nicki, Lindi, Ashley, and maintenance, Tyler, were the best and always a pleasure to work with whenever problems arose. It is truly sad to see them depart from the community they built. I was a little blindsided when Friedman Real Estate Group (FREG) suddenly took over management on 06/21 without advance notice. I hope the transition is smooth, and that they could continue providing the best service to current and future tenants.
