I don't usually write reviews, in fact this is the first one I've done, but I couldn't help but thank Marianny. With her help, I can say that I was able to get everything sorted in one day to move in, besides being super helpful and charismatic, she helped me with everything I needed. The condominium is excellent, the people are always dedicated to helping, everyone in the office and the maintenance manager, I highly recommend!

It’s a great community, the apartments are brand new, the pool and the gym are very nice too.
I want to give a special thanks for Armani Urena, who helped me with the leasing application. Great and fast service, I recommend the place!!
Also, the area is good, close to a lot of bakeries, restaurants, gas stations etc..

I have loved my time here at Boca Vue. The staff are friendly, helpful, and amazing. I haven't had many maintenance issues, but when I did, the maintence staff were quick to respond and fixed the issue promptly.

I wanted to take the time to truly express how impressed I am with this community management and team. I am from NYC and have lived in the city so the bar was set high. This is a team of genuinely professional caring people. Jennifer was at work ( on a day off) and took the time to help me for over an hour when she didnt have to, all with a smile on her face and the patience and professionalism of a saint and when I needed her, she dispatched the maintenance team right away and made sure I felt heard and taken care of , a true GEM. Angel and Mariani are the best, so caring, you feel like they are family members welcoming you home in every single way possible. Michelle the property manager was also gracious and very helpful. The grounds are kept immaculate and the maintenace staff is quick knowledgeable and friendly. TOP NOTCH TEAM !!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Boca Vue with my wife, and despite the rainy weather, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Angel greeted us warmly and ensured that we felt welcome despite the gloomy skies. Michelle went above and beyond to accommodate us, making sure we were comfortable and attended to throughout our visit. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the impeccable service provided by Armani, who anticipated our needs and made every effort to ensure that our time at Boca Vue was memorable. Despite the weather, the ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the attention to detail in every aspect of our visit truly made us feel like valued guests. We left feeling thoroughly pampered and grateful for the wonderful hospitality extended to us by the team at Boca Vue. Five stars without a doubt!
