Living here has been an amazing experience the property manager is amazing any issues you have she addresses it immediately and when ever you have issues on your payment they work with you they are truly amazing and the maintenance is great they fix anything right away

We've lived here for more than a year since they opened and are moving out at the end of our lease. Overall, our living experience is okay. It would've been better if there weren't too many design flaws within the unit. Pros: - Good and fast support from maintenance team every time we reach out - Convenient location being next to the butcher's market and other shops - Nice rooftop views - Leasing agent (Billy) and management team (Cesar, Katelynn) are easy to reach and responsive. - New builing and Samsung appliances Cons: - All of the 2b2b units are facing Broadway street so there's always noise around. From moving vehicles to fire trucks to loud honks. There was a period of weeks that the road got fixed- I'd hear continuous banging from literally 8pm to midnight everyday. This isn't what the600 can control but something to keep in mind when living right on the street. - Outrageous onsite parking for $275/month given that the spot is uncovered. Plus there's no alternate nearby garage or street parking available so you'd be stuck with leaving your car onsite. - Many design flaws within the unit: 1) 24/7 operated vents in kitchen and bathroom(s). These vents run loud, consume a chunk of electricity every month and worst of all, there's no way to turn it off! Your bathroom would feel cold, especially in the winter. We've lived in other luxury apartments before and never found one that does not have a switch to control the vents. 2) Weak outlets. We can't use our hair dryers and vacuum in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Only place they'd turn on without tripping the breakers is the bedrooms. This is such a weird design that we've never seen anywhere else. - Traffic coming in and out of Broadway. It's no surprise that it'd take 15 mins in rush hours for a 1-mile distance from/to the roundabout. - Our rent is up 8% compared to last year's. We couldn't negotiate it down to reflect the actual living condition. For the price, we'd rather live somewhere that offers better amenities such as a bigger gym, swimming pool, social rooms, garage, etc. You could find other apartments in Chelsea and different parts of Everett that are on the same, even cheaper price point.
