For potential tenants interested in an application, there is a $75 non-refundable fee for every person 18+. There is only 1 AVAILABLE apartment, applications are open now and the move-in date is November 8, 2022. These apartments are $1775 a month plus a 2% tax ($35.5)= $1810.50 To move in you will need to pay: First and Last month of rent $2200 security deposit $450 basic cleaning deposit Total move-in costs are $6,271.00 without pets and with approval of income and good credit score. Pet deposit is $450 for each pet (Max of 2, but must be discussed) and the pet rent monthly is $35. . This unit has a large backyard and wood storage shed. Great location, a great community, and nearby shopping, and restaurants. Right of Main Street, Downtown. All of the apartments have these appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, washer, and dryer included. Newly built (2015+) 1 carport per unit and 1 additional uncovered space if needed. Each unit has a private patio. These units have a 6-month rental lease agreement to start, after that, it goes Month-to-Month automatically. We cannot stress this enough, these units are non-smoking apartments. Rent includes Sewage, Garbage, Water, and a mailbox.
