I enjoy living on the property. Aaron has been exceptional, and Lawrence is a jewel. I have found living on the property has been a great experience, maintenance working with Jason has been quick fast with getting things taken care of. I would highly recommend living here. 8/23/24 I have now lived here 2 years going into my 3rd year. I am very happy with my home and the area is great close to everything. The staff is so cool. The facility is always having something for the kids and food trucks and cooking classes. Football parties, which is nice, that more people have moved in. I have listed some pictures to show how I have fixed my home

My boyfriend and I just hit our 1 month here and we both absolutely love it! The office staff is so helpful and always has a smile on their face. This is a such a safe and welcoming community that has built such good connections with their residents. This place is 10/10 and we totally recommend!

We moved in during February of 2024, from the start, the leasing manager has been very nice and professional, to helping us during the application process, Lisa was very kind when we had questions and had called for assistance, and to our move-in day has been smooth and stress free! The community itself is pretty quiet and we have loved every bit of our apartment complex. Our social facilitators Yulonda and Jeff are very kind as well!

We had an excellent experience at Hillstone Residences. We lived here through a corporate housing program for about 7 months and had no problems. The maintenance staff were quick to fix the two issues we had, and the staff was kind and welcoming, often chatting when they’d see us or bringing a water bottle when I was working out in the property gym. I cannot speak to the value for the price but comparing it to other options we were shown, we’re definitely happy we chose Hillstone.

I have lived here for about 7 months and I have come to love it. I had issues when I first moved in but the front office turned out to be helpful and super sweet. They host really cute community events and the hosts are the nicest humans alive. Over all, 10/10 and I love living here. No other place in the Goodyear area has this floor plan, which makes it that much better. The floor plan allows for a ton of space and feels more like a house. I like that these guys are different and not a basic floor plan like everyone else. Because of Hillstone Residence I was able to host my first Thanksgiving with family.

I have to say this has been a wonderful experience with the move in process and let’s just give one big shout out to the office staff here because they’re amazing wonderful and sweet people. Do you want a place that shows true character this would be it we loved our house tour all the way down to having to fill out paperwork. The office staff have been very helpful with the whole process. Patient kind. And compassionate, which in my opinion is one of the best qualities.
