A well kept secret in apartment living.

This place is good enough for what it is. We love the place, honestly. The problem is Granite and the rising of prices, even with renewal. They don’t do deposits anymore, really; just a cleaning fee that is about the same (that way they can keep it no problem). On top of that, they are doing a renewal fee this year, which is about $100 per person. If you have no other options, it is fine. Maintenance people are actually great when they can come by.
