This applies to all pets, whether "visiting" or owned by you. If you are found to have an unauthorized pet in the building the terms of your lease regarding pets will be enforced without exception. If during your residency you wish to obtain a pet, you must contact Management and request authorization. If authorization is granted, you will be required to sign a lease amendment and pay a monthly pet fee PRIOR to bringing the pet into the building. Motor Wheel Lofts reserves the right to deny authorization for any pet for any reason, including but not limited to size, temperament, breed and over all building capacity. My experience with JI Case Lofts was phenomenal! I was able to view apartments the day I called. Harry was very responsive, kind and provided a lot of information about the available units. I fell in love with one of the units and had a contract ready to sign in minutes. Great service! Great people! Great apartments! :)
