I love it here one of the coolest places in Downtown Decatur! Affordable and Clean! Staff is awesome making sure you have all that you need, the pool 🏊‍♀️ is fun to chill out with family and friends! On a hot Atlanta afternoon! Great restaurants and shops in walking distance! Not to mention the Mexican restaurant downtown stairs! And they’ll be happy to deliver it up to your Loft free ! Love this place !

Ice House Lofts is the best place I've lived in many years. The concrete structure makes my home super quiet. My loft is on the same side as the train tracks, which concerned me at first (I only know when a train is passing when I see it). The office and maintenance staff is very courteous and attentive to all my needs. Ice House Lofts has a pool, and a fitness center. Such a great location to live, not to mention the best schools around.
