Each apartment benefits from its own exclusive washer and dryer, located in a shared laundry room with only one other unit. These machines are dedicated solely to your use, not communal. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Please note that is $50 off-street a month (one designated spot). Regarding pets, cats are welcome at this property, but unfortunately, dogs are not accepted. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed. As part of Allegheny City Realty's rental policy, we offer a 0% rent increase for your second year if you choose to renew your lease. Should you decide to renew for a third year, any rent increase will not exceed 4%. A background and credit check are required as part of the application process.
