There are so many positive reasons to live at Acadia. The first is the facility itself--great location and wonderful amenities. The second is the outstanding staff (property manager and facilities manager) who make sure everything runs smoothly. Finally, the other residents of the building who are friendly and respectful of the facility. If you are looking for a rental option, I recommend checking it out!

I have the honor of being the very first resident to move into the Acadia Apartment Complex in Superior, Wisconsin on February 1, 2023. I chose the Acadia Apartments to live in because I've learned of the tremendous quality and pride that P & R Properties takes in all of its apartment complexes and I made it a point to watch the entire construction as it was being built. I had attempted to move into other P & R Properties since they've been developed but they've filled up so fast I was never able to get an apartment of my very own so I made certain this time I was going to be successful and I have been. Individuals who choose one of the P & R Properties very seldom move out because they are so very happy and satisfied so if you don't choose an apartment right at the beginning, you'll have to wait until another complex comes into existence. My little dachshund and I are very proud and happy to call Acadia Apartments our new home and the staff has been extremely kind and helpful to us in every single way !!
