Property management doesn't respond to emails, phones, or other forms of communication- usually at all, but when they do it takes an extremely long time. They falsely advertised my apartment and then refused for weeks to correct the error (and they didnt correct it either, we just got a credit on our account for a month). Sure the unit is nice and the neighbourhood is great... however I do not recommend anyone move in while Bluestone Hockley are in charge. They're the worst! Parking is a nightmare and they let tenants put signs in their visitor spots so unless you're lucky enough to have a unit with an assigned spot (my unit wasn't), you're SOL for parking. There's no street parking and no safe parking even remotely close to the units- so you can't have visitors over. Again, don't recommend this apartment complex to anyone for these reasons and more.
