The apartment complex is very nice and designed well. All the appliances are top quality. Sound proofing from apartment to apartments is pretty good, however you can hear some noises from above and when you are in the hall way. The location is great, but nicollet street can be busy. Its nice to be 1 mile from lake Harriet. There were some thefts of packages within the apartment, including my own, which has resulted in a camera in the mail room. There was only so much management could do, but I felt they took it seriously and addressed it in a timely manner. Management in general have been very hard to contact(no office on site), but when you can reach them, they are helpful and understanding. Additionally, Lack of snow removal of the off-street parking lot was one of my least favorite parts of living here. They seem to only consider having the snow removed if its a large snow fall, and even then it's not guaranteed.
