Beautiful apartments that are well kept on the inside and out. Pricing is superb compared to other rentals in the area that don’t look half as aesthetic as The Ivy apartments. Great location and very pet friendly, with nearby areas to walk pets and explore. Public amenities are always in clean condition. Also, they recently introduced valet trash pickup which is handy. During the warmer months the lawns and landscape are always very well kept! Having an attached garage has been so convenient in the colder months, as well as having that additional storage. Both times I’ve called for maintenance there was a less than 10 minute wait and they went above and beyond than what was expected to help me clean up an issue. Overall, I have had a great experience from the start with The Ivy and its team. The staff is very interactive and regularly putting on seasonal events that keep residents engaged within the community. I’ll definitely be here for awhile.

I have lived in an apartment here for a year now and I renewed my lease for another year. The high ceilings and tall windows in the living room are gorgeous and I enjoy the character the rooms have with archways in almost every room. The pool and gym are always clean and the staff has always been kind and willing to work with you.
