I have lived here for more than a year and have enjoyed living here. It’s quiet and the community surroundings are always clean. I have gotten to know some of the people who works here and I wanted to give them recognitions for doing their job well. Jaime and Billy (maintenance department) does a great job helping you whenever you need help or if you have issues, they take care of it right away. I want to make sure the owners of North Bonita Apartments are aware of how much of an asset Jaime and Billy are to North Bonita Apartments. I hope that they get recognized for a job well done and I want this review to be shared with corporate office. It seemed to me that most people would take the time to only complain but hardly ever when someone does a great job you hear about it. I want to make sure my experience living here is shared in case anyone ever wants to live in this community. In my opinion, this community is better than others. I also want to welcome and recognize the new property manager, Sapphrina, for being kind and courteous when I met her the other day. I appreciate her for taking the time to email us (the tenants) recently to introduce herself and to share her professional background which I appreciate. I hope that North Bonita Apartments knows that these employees need to be appreciated and taken care of like what they do for the people that lives and rent here. Thank you all for an excellent job you always provide to all of us.

I’ve been here about 7 months. The positive is it’s quite. Now on to the negative, the water isn’t a consistent temperature. It goes from freezing cold to really hot, which makes showering interesting to say the least. There is never anyone at the office nor do they answer the phone so good luck getting a hold of someone. Security doesn’t do anything but sit in their car for ten minutes, walk around the tennis court and lock the laundry room. You’re supposedly given keys to the amenities and it only works for the gates to the pool and exterior gates, fitness room is always locked and if you’re doing laundry at 9:20 when security comes by to lock it, it’s getting locked in because our amenities keys don’t work for that door as well. Stay far away from this place.
