My lease is up in September, and I'm looking for a place that is close to work that I can afford. Breanna did a great job, gave me a tour, and went over all of my leasing options. This place definitely checks all the boxes.

Husband and I needed a place to move between the sale of our home in another state and purchase of a home in the area. Holiday Royale was an easy transition - and extra convenient for being able to store our home goods onsite!
I've never felt unsafe, plus the property is gated & patrolled. Apartments are mature, well kept and clean. I think most units have recently been updated (more modern, less what I am seeing on the website, if you've been there) -j ust simply lovely.
Kathy and her team have never been less than amazing, straight-forward and helpful.
Pool, pretty public areas and mid-mod architecture w/ breezy palms are sweet bonus features!
I have loved living at Paradise Royale and can’t imagine living anywhere else.
I’ve written other reviews, and decided I wanted to write an updated one.
I moved in over 5 years ago, and have
thoroughly enjoyed not only the affordability, but also my apartment which is nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable.
I should add that my rent includes
furniture and utilities.
I love meeting my neighbors, the great location, and working with the
Management.
The grounds are kept up beautifully, this is a gated
community, and I have a great view
right outside my apartment.
Diane, the property manager, and
Angel and Paris, are a big asset to the property,
There is ongoing maintenance,
preventative pest control, and
wonderful and consistent communication with not only the
Management Staff, but also the
Maintenance Staff..
For anyone looking to rent a place that feels like home, this is a great place to be. 😊
We have stayed here for a few months now while we are in transition. Honestly great staff! Great maintenance staff! Bug free!!! Literally! Best monthly in town! They have been incredibly accomadating!

Naomi is absolutely amazing I love her personality and really brings up the property’s spirits and she is super friendly, I also love the new girls in the office as well!!

This place is very good ,no problems,very friendly staff,always ready to listen residents,kind lovely stuff answer on all your questions.
Maintenance stuff is with good skills and kind, always.
When you step in the office you can get big smile and you feel like you are in very domestic place.
I am at this place almost 5 months and I am very picky about stuff everywhere,but at Paradise Royal I don't have less then 5 Stars, especially for very nice girls Breanna,Naomi,Hunter,Giselle...

Best weekly or Monthly hotel/apartment in Las Vegas. A small deposit of $250 will hold your unit & choose weekly or monthly payment options.
The units come fully furnished with all utilities covered. All units come with TVs & offer a huge assortment of TV channels. All units come with high speed wifi, which works perfect.
The property offers beautiful courtyards, & sparkling pool. No rift raft is tolerated & staff keeps the property clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful, & willing to help in any way.
I HIGHLY suggest staying here for short or long term stays. This is my second time living at the Holiday Royal within 5 years & love every second.
