Absolutely beautiful! Each unit is different and very unique, not one of those cookie cutter apartments. Their attention to detail is honestly insane, even down to the hand painted numbers on the units. Marianne, the property manager is so sweet, and maintenance requests I’ve put it (standard replacing a light, turning on the water when we moved in) was quickly resolved in less that 24 hours. Jerry? The cleaning/maintenance man is so friendly and is always happy. I have really enjoyed it here! I highly recommend this place! But not at the same time because I don’t want the demand to increase and our rent to increase.. lol

Absolutely stunning renovation of a former wagon manufacturing facility from the early days of Lafayette Park. Great attention to detail and intense pride of ownership. Live beautifully just off the beaten path, but close to everything lowertown.
