After 15 lovely months, we shifted our of Avilla as we relocated to a different city! Just received the refund on our security deposit today. We loved everything about our stay at Avilla(especially the private backyard). I always found the staff very responsive to any tickets we raised. They were also kind enough to extend our stay period by 3 weeks before our shift out. I can surely say we all miss the place...

We moved here a few months ago and love it. I saw some bad reviews but I can say we are extremely happy to call this place home. Maintenance is nice and will fix things in a timely manner. Getting in touch with the office can be tricky, but with new management I am thinking this will get better!
