I recently had to move out of Magnolia due to a job change, but I can honestly say it’s the best community I’ve ever lived in. Huge thanks to the architectural team for designing such an amazing building—bravo! Everything is so well-coordinated and thoughtfully designed. The finishes in the corridors made me feel welcomed and warm every time I entered the building. The fragrance diffusers in the corridors made the entire building smell so good, adding to the overall experience. The rooftop lounge area is another highlight, especially the shared kitchen. It’s beautifully designed with a perfect color contrast. The building is also highly soundproofed, making it incredibly noise-free and peaceful. On top of that, the surrounding community is very dog-friendly, with the best dog park just 5 minutes away. Lastly, I want to give a special shout-out to the janitor, maintenance, and security teams—they did a fantastic job and made living here even more enjoyable. I loved living at Magnolia and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home.

I lived here for a year, and I have to say my experience was great. Maintance is on point and you don’t have to wait an eternity to get things fixed. They are on call in case of an emergency and work there from morning to evening. The staff is really friendly and the complex is beautiful. If you’re looking to rent in Long Beach, I would definitely rent here. Elli was one of the best property managers I have ever had to deal with. I would say the only bad thing about The Magnolia was the constant break-ins in the bike room.
