I have been a resident at Mason Surgarloaf for a year now, and my experience has been fantastic. Lindsay Roman, the Community Director, ensures that the property is always spotless and organizes fun community events like a Food Truck, where residents can enjoy delicious food and engagement among neighbors. The amenities are top-notch and well maintained.
The sense of community here is wonderful, and everyone is friendly. Thank you, Lindsay, for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere at The Mason. It truly feels like home! I appreciate all that you do. Keep up the great work.

Living at The Mason has been fantastic! The community is clean, modern, and the amenities are amazing. The staff is friendly and quick to help, and the apartments are spacious with high-end finishes. It's a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

AMAZING community to live in! Applying process was so easy and simple. As soon as we walked in the staff was super sweet and answered all our questions. We fell in love with the property as soon as we stepped inside the clubhouse everything was so clean and cozy. When we moved in our apartment was very clean and ready for move in. My family really enjoys the events the staff hosts from Halloween parties, sip and paint, and food trucks, they even had a wrapping station for residents to come wrap their presents over Christmas. If you are looking for a place in sugarloaf - The Mason is the place to move in ✨
It's been a month since we moved here. So far we have a good experience at Mason Sugarloaf. Angie helped us find a home we like. Houses are well equipped and the noise is less. Only concern for me is there is no double lock on the doors. We can enter with a key. Don't have option to double lock from inside. Other than that I like living here.
After touring 10+ complexes in Gwinnett County, I finally toured the Mason in May of 2024 and immediately put in an application. I moved in and July of 2024 after a seamless application process and have loved coming home to this community everyday. You will NOT find a more peaceful complex in such all of Gwinnett county. For the icing on the cake, all staff including maintenance are attentive and provide prompt responses. All calls, emails, and maintenance request have been responded to the day they are sent. It is obvious that they truly care for this community. The leasing office staff are passionate about their jobs and frequently host themed events so that we can all get to know one another as neighbors. I want to shoutout Lindsay and Yenifer in particular for caring about this community and treating it as if it is their own home. Their customer service has been top notch. Already looking forward to renewing my lease!

I had a Wonderful experience visiting The Mason Sugarloaf. The property is beautiful, secluded and very well kept. The staff was admirable, soon as I walked in they were welcoming and immediately very helpful. 10/10 recommend. The surrounding area is great, shopping mall, movie theater, groceries, entertainment for young kids all within walking distance while still being able to keep the property secluded.
